Cut the Juice! (or at least some of it)!
Now that you've ditched the sippy cup with a spout, let's cut down on the juice! Remember, all juice that you do give your child should be half water, half juice. There are two very important reasons for this! One: juice has a lot of sugar, too much liquid sugar causes tooth decay in young children. Two: the more juice that your child drinks, the less likely he is to be hungry at meal time. At meals, food first then the drink! Thanks to my friends at Shine Therapy for putting this together!
